Did you know you can control knee pain?

In other words, there are solutions to your knee pain that don’t require surgery, popping pills, resorting to braces or giving up all together.

I know this because I have been able to control my knee pain (no ACL), for 20 years.  Twenty years without knee pain is a pretty fair stint, wouldn’t you say?

According to Brian Halpern, M.D., I’ve been right all along.

In his book , The Knee Pain Crisis Handbook, Dr, Halpern gives a list of controllable factors that any person can implement to reduce or eliminate their knee pain all together.

List of Controllable Factors:

1. Lose Excess Weight

That’s one of the most important factors and exactly the approach I have embedded into the Lose The Knee Pain workout system.

Once you implement the Lose The Knee Pain workouts, losing all that excess fat is easy because not only are the workouts designed to get you stronger to reduce and eliminate the knee pain, they also torch unwanted body fat and improve the overall condition of the body.

This leads us to Controllable Factor #2.

2. Improve Your Conditioning

A Quote from Dr. Halpern: “If you’re in poor condition, meaning you have very little strength in your legs and your torso, you put yourself at high risk from knee injury by performing the simple activities of daily life.”

This is no joke, I see it all the time.  If the body is in poor condition, the weakest link in the chain will feel the pressure.  And guess where the weakest link is?  You guessed it, the knee.

3. Improve Your Flexibility

Did you download the free Lose The Knee Pain video starter workout at the top of the page yet?

If not, go and do it now.

There is a complete stretching section in the video that addresses all the primary stretches you’ll ever need and few more bonus stretches that will cure the need for flexibility within a few sessions.

All of my clients have used this system with great success.  That’s why I put it together for you.  It just plain works.

Stay tuned for more controllable factors this week.  We’ll tackle them one by one and give you solutions to start implementing today.
